  • With your agency: If your employer has subscribed to an Agency or Agency Pro plan, certain aggregated and anonymized workforce financial health data may be shared with authorized agency administrators. Individual financial details are never shared with your employer without your explicit consent.
  • Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to the same privacy protections.
